Also known as Sultani Mosque in Tehran, is right beside the Tehran Grand bazaar and at the end of the Naser Khosrow Street and is very much a working mosque and one of the largest and busiest in Tehran. The building itself dates from the early 18th century and from Qajar era but the real reason you come here is to see Islam in action.
