PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR IRAN TOUR:
Booking
all alternations, bookings, cancellations, and changes must be made in writing. All rates are quoted in EURO/USD per person and include taxes. Irtouring-Iran Tour travel reserves the right to alter itineraries and accommodation preferences in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
Package Fees
The prices we quote are the latest we have received from our suppliers. However, prices can change at any time, and you will be advised of the correct price prior to your booking.
Payment Conditions
Prepayment, A deposit of EURO/USD 500.00 is required at the time of booking to secure and confirm your reservation. Full payment of all services will receive by our representative, upon first day of arrival in Iran and at the airport.
Method of Payment
you could make payment to us by a bank draft (wire transfer) to our European Bank account. Upon receiving the payment we will send you a booking/invoice agreement via an E-Mail, which you sign and return to us.
Cancellation Policy
all cancellations must be received in writing via an E-Mail. The date of such cancellation shall be the date when written notice is received by Iran Tour and Travel, Irtouring
In the event of any cancellation, the amount paid as prepayment shall be forfeited in accord with the following terms:

55-65 days prior to commencement of service: 40% Penalty of total amount (EURO/USD 500.00)
40-50 days prior to commencement of service: 70 % Penalty of total amount (EURO/USD 500.00)
CANCELLATION THEREAFTER, NO REFUND

The information we ask in the reservation section is required and necessary to ensure we are able to make and confirm your booking. This information will not be used for any other purposes, and will not be shared with any other outside parties except for necessary information given to the parties involved in any booking such as Required Information’s for your Air-Ticket or at hotel.
The personal information provided to Iran Tour will not be sold or shared, and your E-Mail address will not be forwarded to outside parties.
Specific Terms
By signing the booking agreement, which shall be sent to the customer upon booking, the customer willfully has accepted the general terms and condition in this Iran Tour Travel web site, as a part of the agreement between Iran Tour Travel and the customer.
